SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• We are ALWAYS open​ to submissions!

• We only take POETRY, PROSE, and ART/PHOTOGRAPHY submissions.

• We do not take submissions through mail.

• We do not have a certain theme for each issue!

• We do not accept previously published pieces.

• We accept simultaneous submissions (please make sure to email us if your simultaneous submission gets selected elsewhere for withdrawal).

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 3rd Person Biography

• • ​write a simple introduction of yourself of any length.​

  • your bio will be published with your selected piece.

  • write the bio in THIRD person (ex: Saya is a young writer. She has been published in The Malu Zine.)

• Poetry/Prose Submission

  • You can send up to 5 pieces per issue. Please submit all pieces in one google form.​​

  • The maximum word count is 9000 words for both poetry and prose submissions

  • Submit your piece as a PDF or a WORD document.

  • Write a short description of your poem.

  • We strictly prohibit plagiarism.

• Art Submission

  • An artist can send up to 5 pieces per issue. Please submit all pieces in one google form​

  • Write a short description of your art work.

  • We strictly prohibit plagarism.
